Transparent Rates for Receiving, Inspection, Storage, Delivery, and Installation in Louisville, KY
Receiving & Inspection: $40/ half hour minimum, charged in quarter hour increments thereafter
Receiving includes: unloading, un-boxing/ un-crating, inspection, photography, shelving, packing disposal, client notifications and digital records storage on client portal.
Storage: $35/ Per bay per week
One Week Minimum. $1.40/ cf per month. Each bay is approx. 100 cubic ft.
Pick-up, Delivery, and Installation:
Labor (1 hour minimum. Includes dollies, blankets, straps and accessory moving tools.)
$125/ per hour for 1 mover+truck
$170/ per hour for 2 movers+truck
$215/ per hour for 3 movers +truck
(each additional mover = +$45)
Mileage:
No charge within a 10-mile radius of the warehouse. $3 per mile, round trip, for anything beyond that.
On site Handyman/ Furniture Assembly Labor $75/hr.
Moving Materials: $10/work order (Applies to jobs that require us to wrap furniture for return to BAI WG warehouse)
Move Out/In Special!
Transfer items from another warehouse to BAI White Glove.
Fast Track Receiving/Inspection: $5 per item moving from another warehouse to ours.
Example: move 20 items from your old warehouse = $100
Contact us for long term storage contracts (6 months + storage only, no in/out)

Delivery time starts upon leaving BAI White Glove and ends upon return
*Pick-up, Delivery & Installation jobs cancelled within 7 days of service will result in a 3 hour fee
